Mthunzi Sibisi born in Durban KZN on 25 January 1988
In 2013 Mthunzi finished he’s articles through SAIPA under the supervision and guidance of Mr Bevan Carr at CBO Accounting and Tax.

In 2020 he became the part owner of CBO Accounting and Tax with a 51% interest in the company

Mthunzi founded Sibisi and Associates in 2016 and is also the sole director of the company. He is also in the process of finalizing the purchase of an Industrial Coatings company with a lot of potential for growth.

Past and Present Projects

  • Managing the Implementation of a Microsoft owned SharePoint System at Eskom
  • Providing maintenance staff at Koeberg power station
  • Provision of staff to Eskom Rotek Industries on various power stations across SA
  • Mobilizing a team of technicians for equipment installations on Transnet and Sappi
  • Procurement of special application 3 core cables for Transnet only manufactured in Europe
  • Awarded numerous services contracts ( Accounting, HR Management and provision of Manpower ) with COGTA, FSCA & SALGA
